Bolton Bridge Club

Bolton Bridge Club is situated just to the north of Bolton Town Centre - at the junction of Chorley Old Road and Chorley New Road. Please use these links if you require a Map or directions.

The club is based in a converted Victorian house and offers 3 playing areas, a bar, lounge and kitchen. Duplicate sessions are held on most evenings and visitors are welcome.

In addition to our regular events a number of special competitions are held. Please see our Calendar for details.

Lessons for beginners and improvers are held on a regular basis - please use the link above for details.

Afternoon duplicate sessions are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays. These are privately run by club members. They are aimed at improvers with assistance being available. However all are welcome.

Ladies' & Men's Pairs

The Ladies' Pairs, held on 5th March, was won by Cath Hornby & Hazel Jacques and the Men's Pairs was won by Barrie Newall & Brian Ripley. Full details are on the Results page.

Individual Championship

The Individual Championship held on 12th Februry was won by Paul Evans; the runner-up was Austin Barnes. Full details are on the Results page.

Mixed Pairs Championship

The Mixed Pairs Championship on Friday 15th January was won by Don Cross & Jill Entwistle; the runners-up were Wendy Blyth & John Simm. Full details can be found on the Results page.
